Lowenstein Sandler represented Catalyst Investors in its $11 million investment in CoachCare, a remote patient monitoring and virtual care management platform.
The funding contributes to CoachCare’s total 2024 debt and equity funding of $110 million. It will improve patient outcomes, streamline provider operations, and reduce the overall cost of care within the healthcare system.
In 2024, Lowenstein represented Catalyst Investors in the following transactions:
- A majority recapitalization of portfolio company RepTrak Holdings, a global leader in reputation intelligence, by Periscope Equity
- As lead investor in a $20 million Series B financing round in Tava Health, Inc., a provider of virtual mental health and telehealth services to therapists and employee assistance programs
- The sale of its portfolio company Datavail Corp. to CIVC Partners, L.P.
- As co-lead investor with Translink Capital in a $24 million Series B funding round for Burro, a Philadelphia-based autonomous mobility company.
