Represented, ILC Dover LP, a New Mountain Capital portfolio company, in the sale of its Flood Protection division, comprised of flood barrier products, to PS Industries Incorporated, a North Dakota-based manufacturer of safety and fall protection products, flood protection products and industrial doors.
Represented Hildred Capital Partners, LLC and its portfolio company Crown Laboratories, Inc., a global innovative leader in the skincare industry, in Crown’s $924M merger agreement with Revance Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVNC), a biotechnology company aimed at setting the new standard in healthcare with innovative aesthetic and therapeutic offerings.
