Melissa manages the full life cycle of law student recruiting, from strategic planning to summer program execution to extending offers and transitioning hires to the onboarding team. She works with the entire Lowenstein recruitment team to develop effective strategies and implement them in support of the firm’s overall growth objectives. Melissa also collaborates with attorneys to deliver innovative outreach to law students, schools, and judicial contacts.
Melissa has over 15 years of HR experience in law firms. She received her B.A from Gettysburg College.
