Lowenstein was among the 50 firms that earned spots on this year’s list.
Since 1986, Seramount has surveyed law firms to assess the organizations’ efforts to recruit, retain, promote women lawyers, and foster a family-friendly workplace. Subha V. Barry, president of Seramount, says that the firms on this year’s list “recognize the importance of recruiting and retaining this important talent pool and have developed the family-friendly benefits to prove it. All of these combined are important steps toward parity.”
“In 2020, Lowenstein established a Governance Committee that is charged, in part, with identifying and grooming women and other underrepresented attorneys for firm leadership positions,” says J.
