Lowenstein Sandler represented FINTOP Capital and JAM FINTOP as lead investors in their Series A venture capital investment in DiligentIQ, Inc., a generative AI platform that supports private market investment professionals in deal opportunity evaluation. The round raised $12 million in a two-tranche Series A round.
The funding will be used to scale DiligentIQ’s team and operations as it expands its presence in private markets. It will also accelerate product innovation, expand integration, and scale go-to-market efforts.
