Leia Galasso has extensive experience representing clients in the startup and venture capital space. She advises early stage and high growth companies in connection with various corporate, strategic and capital raising transactions, and has led clients through hundreds of equity and convertible debt financings.

Leia frequently serves as outside general counsel to founders and management, guiding businesses through complex commercial transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and executive compensation matters. Representing clients across industries such as technology, pharmaceutical, media, entertainment, healthcare, education, and real estate, Leia provides counsel on structuring and negotiating stakeholder rights, corporate governance, and other critical legal and strategic matters.

Leia also represents venture capital funds, corporate strategic investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals in connection with their private company portfolios, including primary investments, secondary sales, and exit transactions.
