Lowenstein Sandler represented Acurio Ventures as an investor in a $7 million Series A funding round for IntelexVision, a company specializing in AI-driven video analytics for real-time surveillance. Other investors included Adara Ventures and Inveready.

IntelexVision leverages fourth-generation artificial intelligence to autonomously monitor, analyze, and detect safety and security threats in real time. With a global presence across five continents and partnerships with over 70 distributors and technology partners, IntelexVision’s AI processes over two billion hours of video every month, transforming sectors that include critical infrastructure, transportation, healthcare, and urban environments enabling faster response times and improved operational efficiency.

Acurio Ventures is a European early-stage VC investing across sectors and business models; it manages almost €300 million across four investment vehicles.
