Lowenstein Sandler represented 6th Man Ventures, a venture capital firm founded by Mike Dudas and Serge Kassardjian, in the formation of its second crypto fund. This $145 million fund will focus on early stage investments.
Lowenstein also worked with 6th Man on their first fund.
6th Man has backed the likes of NFT marketplace Magic Eden; STEPN, a startup that gamifies exercising; Rainbow Wallet; and Etherscan. In this new fund, Dudas is targeting three areas of crypto: play-to-earn gaming and metaverse projects; web3 networks and Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs); and infrastructure.
6th Man Ventures is represented by Eric Weiner, Edward Nadel, Scott Balterman, and Jeremy Cantor.
