Eric Weiner is Vice Chair of Lowenstein Sandler’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice and the Co-chair of Lowenstein Crypto. He advises founders, startups, and investors at all stages, providing strategic guidance on founder matters, corporate governance and seed, venture, and growth equity financings, as well as private tender offers, secondaries, and strategic transactions, from SAFEs, to all rounds of equity financings, both early and late, to exits.

For over 20 years, Eric has advised founders, startups, investors, and boards as outside general corporate counsel, guiding them through their most critical and complex matters. He is dedicated to partnering with clients from the earliest stages through every phase of their business evolution.

Eric, along with Lowenstein ECVC partner Laura Cicirelli, co-hosts The Founder’s Hour podcast - a series of candid conversations about what it actually takes to found, build, grow, and sell a company.   • Represented Receipts Depositary Corporation, the first depositary with the ability to issue depositary receipts on digital and alternative assets, in its $7 million oversubscribed funding round.
  • Represented Windmill, an AI-native system aimed at helping companies maximize their human potential, in a $12 million fundraise led by Inspired Capital, with participation from Primary Venture Partners, Founder Collective, and Oceans Ventures.
  • Represented Hybron, an advanced aerospace and defense manufacturing startup, in the closing of an oversubscribed $25 million seed round.
  • Represented Hurray’s GIRL BEER, a humor-led flavored light beer brand leading a new wave of beer built for the next generation of drinkers, in its $5 million funding round led by Lakehouse Ventures.
  • Represented Pomelo Care, the national leader in evidence-based healthcare for women and children, in its $92 million Series C funding round, bringing the company’s valuation to $1.7 billion.
  • Represented Recess, the category pioneer and leader of the relaxation beverage space, in the closing of its Series B funding round of $30 million.
  • Represented True Markets, a financial technology company that provides institutional-grade digital asset trading and settlement infrastructure, in $11 million Series A funding round.
