This round table discussion, featuring Lowenstein Chief Officer of Inclusion J. Danielle Carr, will discuss remote work through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion; specifically, how to ensure equity in the workplace in a remote or hybrid work environment. The panel will explore to what extent remote work might be an equalizer for minorities, people with disabilities, and neurodivergent individuals, and, conversely, how remote work could disadvantage minorities, people with disabilities, and neurodivergent individuals (for example, through reduced opportunities for in-person mentorship and training, or because those individuals worry that they will be seen as less hard working or committed if they are not in the office every day). The panel will discuss data collected by the 2022 Practice Forward Report.
