Vincent Scala works with the Corporate team on a variety of financial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, as well as fund formation, corporate governance, private equity issues, and capital markets filings and offerings.
Prior to his legal career, Vincent was a senior audit associate at a large public accounting and advisory firm, where he performed audit and review procedures for public filings (Form 10-K & 10-Q), along with SOX control testing. His experience includes working with capital management companies, hedge funds, private equity funds, liquidating funds, commercial manufacturers, and service providers.
