Victoria “Vickie” Jin works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Vickie interned for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority in the Office of General Counsel, as well as in the New York City Department of Social Services’ Office of Civil Justice while pursuing her J.D.

Prior to her legal career, Vickie secured accredited investors for Broadway productions while promoting the role of young people with underrepresented identities on the theater industry business side.

Vickie is conversant in Mandarin.
