Stacey C. Tyler handles a broad array of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing, hospitality, joint ventures, and public-private partnership arrangements. Her clients range from institutional landlords and lenders to tech startups. She manages all stages of the transaction process, drafting and negotiating operative documents, analyzing due diligence, collaborating on risk management strategies, and liaising with third party service providers (e.g., brokers, title companies, surveyors, zoning analysts, and environmental consultants).
Stacey’s work spans all 50 states, and her broad-based experience gives her the perspective to effectively assess key issues and help her clients achieve their goals.
Stacey has extensive experience in real estate issues in connection with the emerging recreational cannabis market in New Jersey. She works closely with her government affairs colleagues to represent landlords, tenants, sellers, and purchasers of sites for cannabis retail or cultivation operations in conjunction with submission of license applications to the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission.
Stacey is a co-host of “Terra Firma: Conversations on Commercial Real Estate,” the firm’s monthly podcast series that covers the latest market outlook and cyclical trends and provides strategic tips to help manage commercial real estate assets, investments, and developments.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Stacey was an associate at a large international firm in New York City where she focused on commercial real estate finance, primarily on lender-side loan originations for capital markets. She also served as an intern to the Hon. Carolyn E. Demarest (Ret.) of the Kings County Supreme Court, Commercial Division.
