Rebecca Glikman represents corporate clients, including private equity firms, in mergers and acquisitions. 

In M&A transactions, she provides assistance with drafting and negotiating transaction documentation and with representation and warranty insurance for both buyers and sellers. 

Rebecca also represents startup companies in venture capital investments, for which she drafts agreements concerning stock purchases; rights of first refusal; and co-sale, voting, and investors’ rights.

She is a former intern for the Hon. Charles E. Ramos of the New York State Supreme Court.

  • Represented Cerity Partners in merger with Maryland Capital Management, LLC, an investment and wealth management firm.
  • Represented an affiliate of the private equity firm ZMC in its acquisition of InProduction Holding Corp. and its subsidiaries. 

  • Represented Phreesia, Inc. (NYSE: PHR), a leader in patient intake, outreach and activation, in its acquisition of Access eForms, LLC, a provider of integrated paperless forms and workflows for healthcare facilities.

  • Represented Phreesia, Inc. (NYSE: PHR), a leader in patient intake, outreach and activation, in its acquisition of Comsort, Inc., dba MediFind, a health technology company that uses advanced analytics to help patients with serious, chronic and rare diseases find better care faster.
  • Represented LifeLabs Learning in its sale to Atairos, an independent strategic investment company.
  • Represented Crimson Investment in the sale of Ameda, a breast pump and infant feeding business, to International Biomedical.
  • Represented Interstate Chicago, LLC, an out-of-home advertising company, in the sale of its membership interests of Interstate JCDecaux, LLC, the operator of a digital billboard network in Chicago, to JCDecaux North America, Inc.
  • Represented Interblock, d.d., a leading developer and supplier of luxury fully and semi-automated electronic table games globally, in its sale to funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.
