Raymond Cooper is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, where he assists in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including internal investigations and bankruptcy disputes. He also provides counsel to clients in highly regulated industries such as payment processing and gambling.
Ray’s pro bono practice includes the representation of separated families through the nonprofit Kids in Need of Defense (KIND).
He has experience working in chambers with the Hon. Rosemary Gambardella of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to his legal career, Ray spent over eight years teaching mathematics in New Jersey public schools.
