Rachel McDonald works on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, corporate governance, and other complex transactions.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Rachel has held internships at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Division of Law and the legal department at Coach USA while pursuing her J.D. She also interned at the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. representing New Jersey’s 11th District.
