Rachel Beeman represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, funds, and financial institutions in complex financing transactions, with a particular focus on debt and venture financings.

Rachel works with both borrowers and lenders to draft and review credit agreements, security documents, capital call facilities, and other contracts related to secured and unsecured facilities for term, revolving, and asset-backed loans.

Passionate about pro bono work, Rachel frequently provides counsel to veterans on such issues as housing and estate planning.
