Her specialized market experience ranges from transportation and logistics, retail, and manufacturing to the arts, technology, and financial services.

With a strong foundation as a financial restructuring lawyer, Nicole is experienced in reviewing and analyzing corporate operations, finances, and assets to formulate strategic plans that focus on reducing liabilities and mitigating risk. She is well-equipped in the negotiations of transactions and asset sales, effectively guiding businesses through the challenges associated with the restructuring of debt. Clients turn to Nicole for advice regarding the acquisition of distressed assets, both inside and outside of court.

Nicole is active in the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), currently serving as the Immediate Past Chair of the New Jersey Network.

Before entering private practice, Nicole served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Kevin Gross of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
