Corporate clients of all sizes turn to Naomi Barrowclough for strategic representation in a wide variety of matters, including business disputes, class actions, appellate litigation, franchise litigation, and consumer fraud claims. She works closely with her clients in all phases of the litigation process–from motion practice to discovery, deposition, and trial–ensuring that they receive the right legal guidance to successfully resolve their disputes.
Naomi has considerable experience in defending cases brought pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and has counseled clients on how to avoid becoming targets of TCPA class actions.
Active in pro bono work, Naomi has represented individuals and nonprofits in breach of contract disputes, deportation proceedings, criminal defense matters, alleged violations of international law, and disability appeals to the Veterans Administration.
Before joining the firm, Naomi served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jonathan N. Harris of the New Jersey Appellate Division (2010-2011) and as an intern in the chambers of the Honorable William J. Martini of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (2008).
