Jessica Terry represents clients in state and federal court on a variety of litigation matters, including white collar criminal defense cases, complex commercial disputes and arbitrations, government investigations, and regulatory compliance. She also works on bankruptcy disputes, including the investigation of potential claims and causes of action, as well as the commencement of adversary proceedings on behalf of committees.

She is a former clerk to the Hon. Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Prior to her legal career, Jessica worked in government contracting both as a senior consultant and project manager. Additionally, she spent time in New Jersey government serving as Director of Operations to a member of the Assembly. She was also an adjunct professor in American Government and Political Science at Brookdale Community College.
