Frank Eucalitto represents startups and emerging companies, as well as the venture capital funds that invest in them. In his practice, Frank manages VC financings and acts as outside general counsel to tech startups across various industries, including startups and investors in the crypto industry as a member of Lowenstein Crypto.

Working closely with founders and VCs to provide practical solutions to complex legal and business issues, Frank is entrepreneurial in nature and passionate about many facets of science and tech, including blockchain technology and space exploration.

  • Represented Arcion, a Databricks Ventures portfolio company that helps enterprises quickly and reliably replicate data across on-prem, cloud databases, and data platforms. in its $100M acquisition by the data and AI company Databricks.
  • Represented LayerZero Labs Ltd., a provider of omnichain crypto networks, in its $135 million Series A round.
  • Represented Apax Digital Fund in the completion of a $50 million Series D funding round in Lever, a talent acquisition suite.
  • Represented Kora, in leading a $75 million Series C fundraise in Clear (née ClearTax), India’s leading fintech SaaS company.
  • Represented Ribbon, the real estate technology company, in its Series C financing of $75 million, with an additional $75 million in working capital, for a total of $150 million.
  • Represented Inductive Bio, a technology company developing a machine learning (ML) platform designed to accelerate the compound optimization process dramatically, in a $4.3 million Seed Series funding
