Fran Skoller has substantial experience representing borrowers, lenders, private equity funds, and startup companies in complex, commercial finance transactions and other corporate agreements. She represents agents, lenders, and borrowers in drafting, revising, and negotiating secured finance documents and helps to resolve subordination and intercreditor issues. 

Fran is experienced in creating and perfecting security interests in all types of collateral. She has represented fintech and other specialty finance companies in negotiating and documenting debt financing obtained from alternative credit funds and in drafting  policies, procedures, and program documents. 

She has extensive experience representing a global technology consulting company in connection with its master service agreements and statements of work. Fran has also represented many companies in all aspects of their business, from formation to client contracts as well as leases and employee-related matters. 

Before joining the firm, Fran was of counsel at another law firm and worked with other law firms, where she applied her finance acumen to counsel clients on business operations. She often acted as de facto general counsel for numerous clients.
