Eric Merenstein counsels clients throughout all stages of patent portfolio development, including preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications. His practice focuses on a variety of high-tech areas, including:

Eric has a passion for assisting individuals and small businesses in achieving their business goals. For example, he is affiliated with the Patent Pro Bono Program of Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (VLA), a New York-based, nonprofit legal services organization that provides pro bono legal services to low-income artists and nonprofit arts organizations. He has also been affiliated with the New York City branch of Start Small Think Big, another nonprofit legal services organization that helps under-resourced and/or disadvantaged entrepreneurs create thriving businesses in underserved areas.
