Dan’s practice is national in scope and crosses all asset classes, keeping him on top of commercial real estate trends and market forces.
Dan’s practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, with significant experience in industrial, multifamily, self-storage, and retail. Also among Dan’s areas of emphasis is leasing, covering both landlord and tenant clients, and all asset classes, including industrial, office (with a particular focus on New York City), and retail.
Dan’s varied and broad-based expertise in commercial real estate allows him to appreciate the perspectives of all participants in a transaction, resulting in efficient, pragmatic, and creative ideas and solutions.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Dan was with a mid-size NYC firm and a large international firm where he focused on all aspects of commercial real estate law.
