Daniel Sierchio is a registered patent and intellectual property lawyer who advises large clients and early-stage/startup clients on patent prosecution of U.S.-based and international patent applications. He also handles IP due diligence reviews in connection with mergers/acquisitions/investments, patent portfolio evaluations, patent preparation and filing strategies, patent portfolio management, and services in connection with patent enforcement and litigation.

Working with diverse technologies, Dan has acquired extensive experience providing legal advice in sectors including electrical and computer arts (including software and business method patents), cloud computing, social media, general-purpose and special-purpose processors, programmable systems, networking hardware and software, wireless technologies, device applications, Internet technologies, computer architecture, medical devices and systems, virtual computing systems, consumer products, financial products, vision processing systems, and mechanical devices.

Before starting his career in law, Dan was a contracts manager and optical communications engineer for AT&T.
