Christopher Cozzens counsels emerging companies throughout the entire corporate life cycle, from formation and financing through exits.
While pursuing his J.D., Chris participated in the FINRA Investor Advocacy Program, a securities arbitration clinic at the Seton Hall University School of Law, where he provided zealous advocacy for retail investors of modest means. He was also a member of the SDNY Representation in Mediation Practicum Clinic.
Before his legal career, Chris was an entrepreneur. He launched, managed, grew and sold a successful meal delivery service: spearheading the acquisition of a competitor; negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, customers, and partners; and supervising all communications, customer service, fulfillment systems, and processing, resulting in inclusion on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies.
Chris’ business experience also includes several years as a project manager for a large enterprise data storage company, where he focused on complex data center migrations for Fortune 100 companies in the pharmaceutical, banking, and insurance industries.
