Christina Nadeau Erikson works with investors, founders, and management teams of emerging and established companies on transactional corporate matters, including structuring, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings.

A former Lowenstein summer associate, Christina also has experience in trusts and estate planning.

Committed to community service, Christina has participated in Volunteer Lawyers for Justice’s Veterans Legal Clinic.

Prior to her legal career, Christina worked for the nonprofit Institute for Defense & Business, developing training and education programs with the U.S. military for the Department of Defense and the defense industry private sector.
