Casey Wareham’s practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution across a wide range of technologies.
Casey has extensive experience in the areas of semiconductor manufacturing, datacenter structures, refrigeration, and pressure exchangers. He has also prepared and prosecuted patents for small mechanical devices and artificial intelligence.
In addition to representing clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Casey also assists in patent prosecution performed in foreign countries, including in several European and East Asian countries.
Actively involved in pro bono work through the Mi Casa Resource Center’s ProBoPat program, Casey has been recognized by the USPTO for his pro bono work with qualifying inventors.
Prior to his legal career, Casey studied mechanical engineering at Brigham Young University where he specialized in applied thermodynamics and turbo-machinery, and also earned experience in health care and petroleum refining.
