Billy Fausto Michaca works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

A former intern for the Honorable Judge Denny Chin of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Billy also worked for the Bessemer Trust, where he researched and presented bespoke recommendations on changing regulatory and statutory schemes relating to privacy, finance, and artificial intelligence as they pertain to financial institutions. Billy was the managing editor for the St. John's Law Review. 

Billy is a certified substitute teacher with the New York City Department of Education. His volunteer experience includes supporting The Legal Aid Society and the Brooklyn Volunteer Lawyers Project.

Billy was named a 2023 Future Leader in Commercial Real Estate by Trepp, Inc.
