Allison (Ali) represents clients in civil and criminal antitrust and other complex investigations and litigations across various industries, including financial services and products, technology, health care and pharmaceuticals, automobiles, food, and chemicals.
She has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-complaint investigations, pleadings, pretrial motion practice, discovery, document review, preparation of expert reports, Daubert hearings, trials, appellate advocacy, and presentations to antitrust enforcement agencies.
Ali has worked with European litigation counsel to develop and prosecute EU competition claims parallel to U.S. claims and to harmonize strategy and arguments between the EU and the U.S. legal teams.
She has also developed a strong pro bono practice. Ali contributed to the drafting of an amicus brief in the landmark Supreme Court health care case, King v. Burwell, and has handled matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in partnership with the National Association of the Deaf. She is a contributing author to the ABA International Antitrust Cartel Handbook (2019) and ABA Dominance & Monopolization Handbook (forthcoming).
