Alison Price Corbin represents clients in estate planning, estate administration, and related tax matters, as well as in litigation arising from estate disputes. She is experienced in drafting wills and a wide variety of revocable and irrevocable trusts.
Alison has extensive litigation experience in matters ranging from violations of antifraud provisions of federal securities laws and common law fraud to complex commercial cases involving breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, and trade secret disputes. She has also assisted indigent children navigate their way through immigration and family courts on a pro bono basis.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Alison served as a law clerk for the Hon. Joel Pisano of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Before beginning her law career, she was an associate in the Global Consultant Relations Group at BlackRock, Inc. in New York City and a senior consulting associate for Cambridge Associates, LLC in Arlington, Virginia.
