Alejandra Aguirre works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

While pursuing her J.D., Alejandra participated in the LS Scholars Program and externed for the Hon. Judge Michael A. Shipp, U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey.

Passionate about pro bono work, Alejandra has volunteered as an interpreter in immigration court and for the ACLU in its New Jersey Campaign Against Solitary Confinement.

She is fluent in Spanish.  

  • Represented Qualus Corporation, a leading pure-play power solutions firm and innovator at the forefront of power infrastructure transformation, in its acquisition of Aquawolf LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Mammoth Energy Services, Inc. Aquawolf provides engineering and consulting services for electrical transmission, distribution, and natural gas utility infrastructure.
