Lowenstein Sandler has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of Maines Paper & Food Service, Inc. The upstate New York-based foodservice supply chain services and products distributor filed for Chapter 11 protection along with 12 affiliates in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on June 10, 2020. The individual Debtors report various asset levels and up to $100 million to $500 million in liabilities. The Lowenstein team includes Jeffrey Cohen, Bruce S. Nathan, Jeffrey D. Prol, and Lindsay H. Sklar.
