Lowenstein Sandler’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of NBG Home, a wholesale supplier of home decor and decorative hardwire lighting to retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Amazon. NBG filed for bankruptcy protection on February 8 in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
The company reports $100 million to $500 million in assets and $500 million to $1 billion in liabilities.
