Lowenstein Sandler’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Benefytt Technologies, Inc., a health insurance technology company. Benefytt Technologies filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The company reports $1 billion to $10 billion in assets and $500 million to $1 billion in liabilities.
