Lowenstein Sandler represented growth equity firm Catalyst Investors as lead investor in a $15 million Series B fund raise in Breezeway, the leading property care and guest experience platform for the vacation rental and hospitality industries. The funding includes additional contributions from previous investor Schooner Capital LLC.

Breezeway’s platform is focused on enabling hosts and managers to deliver high-quality guest experiences. The company will use this new funding to continue to invest in both its operations management tools and its guest experience platform.

Founded in 2017 by CEO Jeremy Gall, who previously founded FlipKey, Breezeway helps thousands of vacation rental hosts and hospitality managers in over 65 countries automate operations, drive quality, and elevate the experience at every property. Breezeway’s software and mobile apps have facilitated more than 18 million property service tasks, helping operators deliver more than 55 million nights booked at homes prepared to their specific standards.
