Chelsea P. Ferrette, of Lowenstein Sandler’s Debt Financing and Corporate groups, has been selected to by The National Black Lawyers as one of its Top 100 members in New York, an honor given to only a select group of lawyers for their superior skills and qualifications in the field.
Membership in this exclusive organization is by invitation only and is limited to the top 100 attorneys in each state who have demonstrated excellence and have achieved outstanding results in their careers. The selection process for this honor is based on a multiphase process which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research.

Ferrette advises clients across multiple industries on all facets of debt financing. She represents private and public companies, lenders, and financial institutions on commercial lending, venture finance, secured transactions, acquisition financing, and other general corporate matters. She also represents publicly and privately held borrowers and private equity sponsors in arranging secured and unsecured financing, including senior debt, single-lender, and multibank agented credit facilities in connection with venture debt, acquisition financings, recapitalization, and working capital.
Ferrette has served as outside general counsel for private software companies, startups, and late-stage unicorn private companies.
