Vikram represents emerging and high-growth companies through various stages of the business life cycle. His experience in venture transactions includes equity financings, debt financings, mergers, and acquisitions. He also works with startup founders on company formations and counsels early-stage companies as they navigate a wide range of compliance and corporate governance issues.
In his pro bono work, Vikram provides direct services to assist immigration clients and also applies his corporate training to help local small businesses and nonprofits.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Vikram was an educator. He began his career as a public school teacher with Teach for America in Miami and also taught at universities in Kazakhstan and Malaysia through the Princeton in Asia fellowship program.
