Sean Campbell works with both funders and founders of emerging companies. He helps innovators, entrepreneurs, and startups obtain the financing they need to launch their products and support their growth. Sean also represents the private equity clients and financial firms that invest in these ventures.

His practice focuses on early-stage capital raising and financing rounds. He also advises on corporate governance and the day-to-day operational needs of startups.

Sean previously served as Community Services Officer on the New Jersey Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, which oversees public funding for substance abuse prevention; he continues to actively support this cause in his local community.
