Rishabh Sharma works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

While pursuing his J.D., Rishabh was selected to participate in the LS Scholars Program offered through the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, which provides diverse law students with valuable professional experiences while introducing them to the value of relationships and network-building.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree, Rishabh served as a Corps Member in Teach For America.

He is conversational in Hindi.
