With an emphasis on life sciences, Park Bramhall focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, registered offerings and private placements, and corporate and securities law.

Clients value Park for his sophisticated knowledge of the legal issues facing businesses in the science and technology industries. He has advised companies and their boards on a wide range of issues, including transactions, SEC compliance and disclosure issues, and corporate governance matters. His experience in the health care sector extends back to his early work as a financial analyst at Health First Inc., a nonprofit managed care organization.

In addition to his law degree, Park also earned a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, and he served as Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service.
