Madilynne Lee focuses her practice on insurance recovery exclusively on behalf of policyholders. She represents clients in high-stakes insurance coverage litigation involving commercial general liability, directors & officers’ liability (D&O), reps and warranties (R&W), cyber, and product liability policies.

Madilynne’s experience includes pursuing defense costs from insurance companies for third-party liability claims and advising on first-party cyber claims. She has also supported joint insurance funds in seeking reimbursement for defense and settlement costs and worked with captive insurance companies to recover such costs from reinsurers.

While pursuing her J.D., Madilynne worked as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge David Strawbridge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
