She provides counsel on the design, drafting, and negotiation of executive compensation arrangements, such as employment agreements, restrictive covenants, change in control provisions, and separation agreements, offering valuable insight into what is beneficial from both a company and executive perspective.
Jessica helps companies of all sizes and stages—ranging from startups to established companies—design tax-qualified, welfare, and deferred compensation plans, as well as equity, equity-based and other incentive compensation plans. She also provides guidance on tax-related matters involving Sections 280G and 409A.
Committed to pro-bono work, Jessica assists veterans with their advanced healthcare directives through the Veteran Advocacy Project, and provides employment advice to nonprofits on such issues as employee handbooks, policies, and retention plans.
