Jacquelyn represents public and private companies in a broad range of transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.
She drafts and negotiates documentation for mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, and commercial vendor matters. Jacquelyn also develops policies and agreements for corporate entities on regulatory and compliance matters involving the GDPR, DCMA, and FERPA.
Jacquelyn has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including higher education, data and information technology, and food and beverage. In addition to her corporate work, she also has experience enforcing trademark, license, and copyright matters and litigating business disputes involving employment, bankruptcy, intellectual property, and real estate issues.
She is a former intern for the Hon. Colin H. Lindsay of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
