Erich Kaletka works on a variety of corporate matters, including fund formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

While pursuing his J.D., Erich conducted transactional work within the general counsel’s office of a major corporation; assisted small businesses through a legal aid society; and interned with the City of St. Louis' Community Development Administration, where he assisted with compliance efforts and in the drafting of contracts, sub-recipient agreements, RFPs, and NOFAs.

Erich is a trained mediator and has experience mediating housing disputes at the St. Louis County Circuit Court.
