Carly represents individuals and businesses in the resolution of complex commercial disputes at both the state and federal level. She routinely handles M&A disputes and litigation involving capital markets transactions. She also has significant experience in appellate litigation.
Carly maintains a robust pro bono practice. She earned a Commitment to Justice Award from the nonprofit organization Her Justice for her team’s outstanding representation of a client involved in a child custody dispute.
She also frequently authors articles and blog posts on timely issues in the area of capital markets litigation as well as on white collar criminal defense and employment law matters.
During law school, her award-winning note, “How International Is International Investment Dispute Resolution? Exploring Party Incentives to Expand ICSID Arbitrator Demographics,” was published in the journal Transnational Law & Contemporary Problems.
