Nigel Pura-Bryant counsels emerging companies throughout the entire corporate life cycle, from formation and financing through exits.
He has experience in both litigation and transactional matters involving trademark infringement, white collar criminal defense, unfair trade practices, and consumer protection.
While pursuing his J.D. Nigel was a research assistant for several law professors, for whom he conducted research on issues involving patent, tax, class action securities fraud, bankruptcy, immigration, and civil rights issues. He also interned for the Filmmakers Legal Clinic, where he reviewed distribution and licensing agreements for independent filmmakers.
Nigel is a Chess Candidate Master, and volunteers teaching chess to underrepresented children.
