Mordechai advises venture fund clients on investments in high-growth startups and counsels emerging companies through the full corporate life cycle, from formation through exits.
He has experience negotiating financing documents, conducting cap table and legal diligence, drafting pro formas, and advising on corporate governance matters.
While a student at Harvard Law School, Mordechai interned at Credly, a tech startup focused on digital credentialing. There, he filed trademarks; performed due diligence on SaaS license agreements relating to terms of service, indemnities, and reps and warranties; and drafted the company’s business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
Before his law career, Mordechai served as a project manager in Israel for a nonprofit organization that secured employment for under-resourced residents.
Mordechai is fluent in Hebrew and Yiddish.
