Brittany is a member of the Corporate practice group, where she focuses on corporate transactions in the technology sector. She is a former summer associate of the firm.
She is a former Tech Legal Fellow with Tech: NYC, a nonprofit representing technology companies and promoting innovation-friendly policies by working with city and state government to ensure that New York’s innovation economy thrives. There, she gained a deep understanding of the tech ecosystem through her work drafting policy briefs on emerging regulatory standards affecting tech companies. She also delivered testimony on behalf of tech industry members before the New York City Council; and drafted a comment to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security on behalf of 650 tech companies opposing the repeal of the International Entrepreneur Rule.
In law school, Brittany was a member of Fordham’s Legislative & Policy Advocacy Clinic, where she worked on an initiative to abolish the LLC requirements for small businesses in New York State.
Prior to her legal career, Brittany worked at a government relations firm. She is also a former staff assistant to a U.S. senator.
