Karen Abraham has extensive experience representing hedge funds and private equity funds in the negotiation and documentation of prime broker, tri-party control and complex over-the-counter trading agreements, including, but not limited to ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, Master Repurchase Agreements, master confirmation agreements and cryptocurrency purchase and loan agreements. She regularly advises clients with respect to regulatory issues related to derivatives, including compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act, European market infrastructure regulation (EMIR) and other regulatory reforms.
